We've transformed the historic industrial bones of this building right across from King's Cross St. Pancras station into workspaces that actually work for modern businesses. At Rivvia King's Cross, our private offices come fully soundproofed - because your conference calls shouldn't become everyone else's background noise. Each office accommodates anywhere from 3 to 60 desks, depending on what your team needs. Our meeting rooms come equipped with projectors and whiteboards that actually get cleaned between sessions. The Boardroom, which many of our guests particularly appreciate for private board meetings, sits in a beautifully designed space that makes the right impression. We've installed high-speed fibre internet throughout the building, and our shared breakout areas feature complimentary coffee (though we'll admit the sugar sometimes runs low during busy periods). The rooftop terrace offers genuine panoramic views over St Pancras - it's become a favorite spot for informal meetings when the weather cooperates. We maintain fully stocked kitchens on each floor, private phone booths for confidential calls, plus bike storage and showers for those who cycle in. Everything operates with 24/7 access and CCTV security. Beyond daily office needs, our spaces adapt for corporate functions, art exhibitions, product launches, and creative photoshoots. The versatile layout means we can reconfigure rooms to suit different event requirements. Our coworking area offers both hot desks and fixed desk options, all with access to the same amenities and event spaces. While our intercom system occasionally tests patience during peak times, and finding us on your first visit might require following the signage carefully, the convenience of being literally opposite King's Cross makes up for these minor navigation challenges. We're continuously working on improving the arrival experience and keeping facilities properly maintained.

Overall the space was great and a perfect location. Would definitely use the room again. Plus the help from Max was most appreciated.

A beautifully designed room great for private board meetings.

The Boardroom we booked and facilities in the shared break-out space were very clean and well organised. The location is very convenient for access by public transport at King's Cross St Pancras.

No one to open the door as buzzer was working but no response. Whiteboard was not cleaned in ages. No sugar for coffee in the kitchen and pots were dirty. Functional yes and good coffee. For the same price there are better venues.

There was no option to book this room for 4 hours so we ended up booking it for the full day, however when we got to the building it was really unclear where we were meant to go and upon finding someone to help there was a large group of people in a meeting using the ro...
