Our six-story building at 170 Kennington Lane stands where Kennington Palace's stables once housed royal horses—today we house some of London's most innovative businesses. The original footprint remains, but everything above ground level is pure 21st century workspace design. Step into our central atrium and you'll understand why photographers love this space. Natural light pours through the glass roof six floors above, illuminating the open galleries that wrap around each level. Our floor-to-ceiling windows mean you're never far from daylight, whether you're in a private office or one of our studios. We've equipped four meeting rooms with LED screens and AV technology that actually works when you need it. The WiFi keeps pace with whatever demands you throw at it—we test it regularly to make sure. Duke's café operates on the ground floor, serving proper coffee and fresh food throughout the day. The baristas know most tenants by name and coffee order.
