Farrells has been designing award-winning buildings for over half a century, and our London studio at 9 Hatton Street in Marylebone reflects everything we know about creating productive workspaces. The white-washed walls and generous windows flood our office with natural light throughout the day, creating an energising environment where design professionals, start-ups, and freelancers come together to work. We've configured our space to support different working styles and business needs. You'll find hot desks for those who prefer flexibility, fixed desks for regular users, and private offices for teams needing dedicated space. The modular furniture means we can reconfigure areas when you need to host board meetings or brand activations. Our meeting rooms provide quiet spaces for brainstorming sessions away from the main work areas, while the breakout zones offer comfortable spots for informal discussions or a change of scenery. The fully equipped kitchen keeps everyone fueled with complimentary coffee throughout the day. When it comes to hosting events, we can accommodate up to 100 guests standing or 70 seated, with AV equipment available for hire. Our wine cellar and cocktail bar transform the space beautifully for evening functions and private dining experiences. Getting here couldn't be easier - we're just a short walk from both Paddington and Edgware Road stations, putting you within easy reach of the entire London transport network. The surrounding Marylebone neighbourhood offers excellent lunch options, with Edgware Road particularly renowned for its authentic Middle Eastern restaurants. Our industrial-chic aesthetic creates a backdrop that works equally well for focused daily work or special events.
