Our 17-storey building at 10 York Road gives you something special every morning - watching the Thames flow past while Big Ben strikes the hour and the London Eye slowly turns. We've designed every floor to help teams work better, from our private offices that fit anywhere from two to two hundred people, to hot desks and dedicated workstations spread across the building. The real magic happens when you see how our members use the space. Teams gather in our conference rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, brainstorming against that incredible river backdrop. Our kitchen pantries on each floor become impromptu meeting spots where deals get discussed over fresh coffee from our espresso bars. We've noticed people love taking calls from our wellness rooms when they need a quiet moment, or heading to our fitness studio between meetings. What makes us different is how we've thought about every detail. We run entirely on renewable energy, maintain zero plastic policies throughout the building, and recycle all our food waste. Our pet-friendly policy means you'll often spot dogs in our communal areas - they're part of the community too. The bike storage fills up fast each morning as members cycle in from across London. Our 16th floor transforms for events. The double-height space opens onto a rooftop terrace where we've hosted everything from product launches to team celebrations. There's a proper auditorium for presentations and, tucked away behind an unmarked door, a speakeasy that members love showing to their guests. Being right next to Waterloo Station changes everything. Members walk straight from the train into our lobby, and within minutes they're connected to the City, Canary Wharf, or the West End. South Bank's mix of business, arts and culture means there's always somewhere interesting to take clients after work.
