At Norwich House, we've transformed the first floor of our Savile Street building into Hull's most practical business hub. Our 71 private office suites range from compact spaces for solo entrepreneurs to larger rooms for growing teams, while our 12 co-working desks offer flexible options for those who prefer a more collaborative environment. What really sets us apart is how we've designed everything with actual work in mind. Our three meeting rooms come equipped with proper presentation screens and conference phones—no scrambling for adapters or dealing with spotty connections. The high-speed internet runs throughout the building, and we keep our kitchen stocked with real coffee (not the instant stuff) plus tea facilities and a fridge for your lunch. Our reception team handles your post and can answer calls in your company name when you're tied up in meetings. We're here Monday through Friday, but your 24-hour access means you can work whenever suits you best. The building has full wheelchair access and secure bike storage for those cycling in from around Hull. Being right in the city center puts you walking distance from Hull Paragon Interchange—handy for those London meetings with direct trains available. During lunch, you've got the whole of Hull's regenerated center to explore, from quick sandwich shops to proper sit-down restaurants.
