Our old carburettor factory at 8-12 Creekside has found new life as Workspace - Fuel Tank, where 63 offices and studios now house over 3,000 businesses across Deptford. The original industrial bones of the building work in our favor—those high ceilings and massive windows that once ventilated factory fumes now flood workspaces with natural light that creative teams tell us they can't work without. We've kept the industrial character while adding everything modern businesses need. Superfast Wi-Fi runs throughout the building, and we offer flexible leases because we know how quickly businesses grow and change. Our meeting room, which we call the Engine, fits eight people comfortably and comes equipped with LED screens, AV technology, writable boards, and air conditioning—everything you need for presentations, client meetings, or team workshops. The Gaff Café on the ground floor has become the unofficial heart of Fuel Tank. Beyond serving great coffee and food, it's where impromptu meetings happen and where our community naturally gathers. We run regular wellness workshops and social events here too, creating connections between businesses that often turn into collaborations. Deptford Bridge and Greenwich stations are both walking distance away, putting you eight minutes from London Bridge by train. The Creek literally flows past our windows, and the neighborhood offers everything from independent shops to restaurants and bars—plenty of options for client lunches or after-work drinks.
