We've transformed this Grade II* listed Victorian town hall into a thriving workspace where original architectural details meet everything modern teams need to work effectively. Just around the corner from Elephant & Castle, our building serves as both a productive office environment and a community gathering place. Our office spaces flex to accommodate different working styles - whether you're a solo freelancer needing a single desk or a growing company requiring space for up to 60 people. Starting at £180 per desk, teams can settle into naturally lit offices within the restored Victorian rooms, complete with high ceilings and period features that create an inspiring backdrop for daily work. The ground floor café has become a natural meeting point where tenants grab their morning coffee and lunch made with locally sourced ingredients.
