We completed a full refurbishment in 2022, transforming this seven-storey building into 48,750 square feet of flexible office space that works for everyone from solo freelancers to established corporations. Our ground floor opens into a 2,000-square-foot business lounge where members grab their morning coffee, catch up with colleagues, or settle in for focused work. Three meeting rooms equipped with the latest presentation technology sit ready for everything from client pitches to team brainstorms. We've noticed our 4th to 6th floor members particularly enjoy their exclusive business club access - it's become quite the networking hub during lunch hours. The 7th floor houses our executive suites, each with its own private breakout area where teams can step away from their desks for impromptu discussions.
