Our 22,000 square feet of workspace at 213 Oxford Street has been transformed into something quite extraordinary - we worked with creative agency Pengarna to build a space where the physical and digital worlds blend together. Step off the street (just two minutes from Oxford Circus Underground) and you'll find yourself in our kaleidoscopic atrium. We've created distinct zones across our two floors - the creative parlour where teams spread out to collaborate, the meta-lounge with its infinity mirrors and NFT galleries for product showcases, and our sun-drenched terrace where some of the best ideas happen over morning coffee. Our meeting rooms fit anywhere from 2 to 15 people, while the open-plan areas give teams room to grow. The large event space comes with its own prep kitchen - we've hosted everything from product launches to conferences here. Bold colors, contemplative archways, and immersive design elements make every corner Instagram-worthy, but more importantly, they spark the kind of thinking that reinvents industries. Day-to-day, we keep things running smoothly with unlimited tea and coffee, shared kitchens on both floors, printing services, and shower facilities for those who cycle in. Our reception team handles your mail and deliveries while you focus on the work. Phone booths dot the space for private calls, and the high-speed wifi keeps pace with whatever you're building. We bring everyone together through weekly breakfasts and monthly drinks, plus regular themed events that connect you with other members. All utilities, business rates, cleaning, and secure 24/7 access come included - our flexible contracts mean you can scale up or down as your business evolves.
