Our offices accommodate teams of 1 to 7 people, with rooms ranging from compact 6m² spaces perfect for solo entrepreneurs to 30m² areas that comfortably fit small teams. Each tenant customises their office exactly how they need it, from initial setup through to branding, making it truly their own. The monthly fee covers everything you need to focus on your work. We provide secure 24/7 access so you can work on your schedule, reliable Wi-Fi throughout the building, and a 3CX phone system for professional communications. Our communal printer saves you the hassle of maintaining your own, while IT support keeps everything running smoothly. The shared kitchen gives you space to prepare lunch or grab a coffee with fellow tenants, and our secluded terraced garden offers a peaceful spot to recharge during the day. We handle all the practical details—utilities, waste management, cleaning services, fire and security provisions, plus maintenance—so you don't have to. Meeting rooms are available free of charge for when you need to host clients or collaborate with partners. We also provide mailing and trading addresses for your business needs.
