Timber beams stretch across the ceiling of our Innovation Hub at Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc, creating a warm atmosphere that gets people talking the moment they walk in. We built this space specifically for businesses and creative teams who need somewhere different to work, meet, and collaborate in Dundee. Our main event space opens up to accommodate 100 people comfortably, with natural light flooding in through the windows. The exposed Glulam and CLT timber construction isn't just for show - it actually saved 715 tonnes of CO₂ during construction, something we're particularly proud of. For smaller gatherings, we have several meeting rooms that work perfectly for team sessions, client presentations, or focused project work. The co-working areas fill up quickly most days. People tend to gravitate toward the spots near the windows where daylight helps them stay productive. When you need a break, Silva Spoons Café is right here serving breakfast and lunch weekdays - it's become a natural meeting point for informal catch-ups between colleagues from different companies. We've set up dedicated design labs for teams working on prototypes or creative projects. The colorful furnishings throughout the building might seem like a small detail, but they genuinely help create an energetic atmosphere that supports innovative thinking. Getting here is straightforward with our location on Baldovie Road, DD4 8UQ. We have plenty of parking spaces, including electric vehicle charging points for those making the sustainable choice. The building is fully accessible with elevators to all floors. Our space hosts everything from sustainability conferences to innovation workshops and networking events.
