Our five-storey building at 77 Bastwick Street has been home to growing businesses since we opened our doors in Clerkenwell. We've kept the best of the original 1960s architecture while completely modernizing the workspace – the new oak raised flooring throughout creates a warm, professional atmosphere that our teams really appreciate. At Needspace?, we understand that businesses need flexibility. That's why we offer fully furnished office spaces that accommodate teams of 41 to 65 people, with contracts starting at just three months before moving to monthly terms. We promise no licence fee increases during your first year with us, so you can budget with confidence. Each floor features air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable year-round, and we've installed self-contained toilets with shower facilities on every level. For those who cycle to work, we provide secure bicycle racks alongside our on-site parking spaces. The meeting rooms work perfectly for client presentations or team brainstorming sessions, while our outdoor terrace gives everyone a chance to step outside for fresh air or informal catch-ups. We're open 24/7 because we know work doesn't always happen between nine and five. Dogs are welcome too – several of our current tenants bring their four-legged colleagues to the office regularly. The location puts you within walking distance of Farringdon, Angel, and King's Cross stations, making it easy for your team to commute from anywhere in London.
