Thursday through Sunday, local musicians fill our main bar with live music while guests explore our collection of over 200 premium whiskies. Our bartenders craft cocktails using Scottish ingredients, and the kitchen serves contemporary dishes sourced from local suppliers. For private events, we can arrange exclusive use of these spaces or create bespoke menus for your gathering. The versatility of our spaces means we host everything from cocktail masterclasses in the bar to formal dinners in our private dining areas. Corporate teams book morning meetings with our Dyson Hot & Cool fans keeping everyone comfortable, then return for evening receptions.
