When you step through the doors of Asia House, our Grade II* listed Georgian townhouse just off Portland Place in Marylebone, you're entering rooms that have hosted everything from intimate wedding ceremonies to major corporate conferences for over a century. We've carefully preserved the Adamesque interior details – those inset classical paintings and elaborate marble chimney pieces that make our guests pause and look up – while ensuring every modern convenience is at your fingertips. Our Fine Room One remains the heart of the building. With its original marble fireplace and ornate ceiling, we can seat 80 for formal dinners or configure the space for seminars and talks. The room fills with natural light through our restored sash windows, and when you open the connecting doors to Fine Room Two, you create a flowing reception space that works beautifully for wedding drinks or corporate networking events. We regularly host up to 200 guests across these interconnected rooms. Beyond the Georgian grandeur, we've created our contemporary Gallery space – a clean, modern environment where we mount exhibitions and host product launches. The contrast between old and new gives event planners real flexibility. Our studio downstairs offers another dimension entirely, particularly popular for film screenings and more intimate receptions. We're fully licensed for weddings and civil ceremonies, and our team works closely with couples to make the most of these historic rooms. For corporate events, we provide comprehensive AV support, recording equipment, and projection systems throughout. Our catering partners understand the building's flow perfectly, whether serving canapes in the Gallery or formal dinners in the Fine Rooms. Being minutes from Regent's Park tube station means your guests can reach us easily from anywhere in central London. We accommodate conferences for 150, receptions for 200, and everything from board meetings to gala dinners in between.
