Two flights of stairs lead up from Westgate Road to Be At One Newcastle, where we've transformed a traditional building into the city's go-to cocktail party destination. Our bartenders work their magic behind the long bar, mixing over 100 different cocktails while groups spread out across our main floor or head upstairs to the mezzanine level for more privacy. We've designed the space with parties in mind - the ground floor buzzes with energy as people move between the bar and dance area, while our semi-private mezzanine works perfectly for hen parties and birthday celebrations where you want your own corner but still feel part of the atmosphere. Corporate groups particularly love booking the upper level for their Christmas parties, where they can watch the action below while having space for their own festivities. Our Happy Hour runs for several hours each day with 2-for-1 cocktails, which tends to draw quite the crowd. During these times, you'll see our bartenders in full flow, shaking everything from Espresso Martinis to our house specials. We also run cocktail masterclasses where groups can get behind the bar themselves - these sessions have become especially popular for hen parties and team building events. The building has wheelchair access to the main floor, and we bring in live music on selected nights to add another dimension to the party atmosphere. Our function areas can accommodate various group sizes, from intimate birthday gatherings of 20 people to larger corporate events. The mezzanine particularly suits groups wanting to book a defined space while still enjoying the bar's energy.
