We've been hosting celebrations in this 400-year-old Georgian estate for generations, and each party brings something new to these historic walls. Our Forest and Lake ceremony spaces welcome up to 150 guests each, where couples exchange vows surrounded by towering trees or beside the water's edge. For more intimate gatherings, Skipton Hall accommodates 100 guests within the main house, its period features creating an atmosphere you won't find in modern venues. The Garden Pavilion transforms for evening receptions, with chandeliers overhead and space for 250 guests to dance until late. We're just 3 miles from Derry/Londonderry, making it easy for your guests to reach us while still feeling completely removed from city life. Our 27 guest rooms mean many can stay overnight - we've even got pet-friendly options for those who can't leave their four-legged friends behind. Each room has its own character, individually furnished to complement the house's Georgian heritage. Our kitchen team handles all catering in-house, working with you to create menus that suit your celebration. We've set aside a dedicated getting-ready room where wedding parties can prepare in comfort, and our grounds are fully wheelchair accessible so everyone can enjoy the estate.
