Description
Our business centre is a modern, purpose-built office building, set within attractive landscaped grounds, and a large car park.
The T-shaped building offers three floors of managed and refurbished offices and was named after Sir Nigel Gresley, a famous locomotive engineer and designer of the Flying Scotsman steam trains.
We are located half a mile south of Doncaster town centre, in an established business area on the eastern side of Ten Pound Walk.
We're accessible from White Rose Way (A618), which is a main arterial route into Doncaster from Junction 3 of the M18 (half a mile away). The A1M is also just half a mile away. If you're using public transport, both Doncaster railway station and the main bus station are under 20 minutes' walk away. For travel further afield, Doncaster/Sheffield Robin Hood Airport is just eight miles away.
Our business neighbours include Renault, Kronos, ATS Euromaster and the NHS. There is a Barclays bank just behind our building and food vans visit throughout the morning. If you miss these, don't worry, there is a café just across the road and ice cream vans also visit in the afternoon during the summer.
We're also lucky to be less than five minutes (by car) from Lakeside Village Outlet Centre and Keepmoat Stadium. Doncaster racecourse is just a short drive away and hosts plenty of business exhibitions and networking events.
