At BizSpace Northampton KG House, we've transformed 140,000 square feet of business space into a working environment where companies genuinely thrive. Our recently refurbished building houses everything from compact offices perfect for startups to industrial workshops running full production lines. We run three meeting rooms that handle groups from 4 to 12 people. Each comes with interactive TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, and unlimited tea and coffee - the basics you need without the fuss. Our customers regularly tell us they appreciate the bright, clean spaces and how our team, particularly Paul at reception, goes above and beyond to help. Our office spaces range from single-person studios to larger suites, while our industrial units accommodate everything from light manufacturing to storage operations. The communal kitchens on each floor mean you're never far from making a proper cup of tea, and our on-site café serves decent food when you need more than a sandwich at your desk. We're about 1.5 miles from Northampton town centre - close enough for lunch meetings in town, far enough to avoid the traffic. The M1 is five minutes away, making client visits straightforward. Our car park has plenty of secure spaces, and with 24-hour access, you can work whatever hours suit your business. Our on-site management team handles the day-to-day building operations, so you can focus on running your business. Whether you need a workshop for training sessions, a quiet office for client work, or an industrial unit for production, we provide the space and support to make it work. Meeting room hire starts at £12 per hour.
