Our Georgian building on Blake Street has been home to York businesses since we opened the doors after restoration. We've kept the original character while creating workspaces that actually work for modern companies - from solo entrepreneurs to teams of eight. The building stays accessible 24/7 with secure entry, and we'll accept mail deliveries on your behalf. Being right in York city centre means easy access from the station and plenty of lunch options nearby. We see all sorts here - tech startups, consultants, creative agencies. The boardroom-style meeting space works well for client presentations, team workshops, or just getting everyone together away from the open office. Move-in takes days, not weeks, with furnished spaces ready to go.
