Our workspaces at Bootstrap Company on 18 Ashwin Street have been home to creative minds and changemakers since 1978. Walking past the converted shipping containers in our Bootyard, you'll hear the buzz of around 300 businesses working on everything from tech startups to social enterprises. We've built something different here in Dalston. Beyond traditional desks and studios, we transformed old shipping containers into unique office spaces that catch everyone's eye. Our rooftop becomes Dalston Roof Park during events - last month we hosted a film screening up there, and next week there's a community market planned. The Print House Gallery downstairs regularly features work from local artists, giving the whole building an ever-changing creative energy. We're particularly proud of how we support organizations making a difference. Through our Bootstrap Fund, we offer reduced rent to social enterprises who might otherwise struggle to find affordable workspace in London. Our Bootstrap Campus program connects young social entrepreneurs with mentors and resources right here in the building. The newly refurbished offices come with everything ready - just bring your laptop and get started. Natural light floods through the windows, and you'll have access to our meeting rooms whenever you need them. Being right by Dalston station makes getting here straightforward, whether you're commuting daily or hosting clients. The neighborhood adds another dimension to working here. Step outside for lunch and you'll find everything from Vietnamese street food to craft coffee roasters. Friday evenings often see our tenants spilling out into the local bars and restaurants - it's become an informal networking tradition. We host workshops in our event spaces, art exhibitions in the gallery, and community festivals on the roof. Each space serves a different purpose, but they all share our commitment to fostering creativity and positive change in East London.
