From the original Victorian bus garage doors to the artists hauling canvases up the stairs, everything about Buspace Studios tells the story of creative work happening here in Kensal Old Town. We've kept the industrial bones of this building – the high ceilings that once accommodated double-deckers now give our tenants room to think big, while the original concrete floors have been stripped back to create that perfect studio feel. Our 70 studios range from compact 150 square foot spaces perfect for writers and designers, right up to 2,500 square foot units where larger teams spread out their work. The natural light floods in through the original windows – painters tell us it's the main reason they chose us over other spaces. We're home to an incredibly mixed bunch: jewellers working alongside musicians, tech startups sharing corridors with traditional artists, all part of this creative ecosystem we've built near Notting Hill. The practical stuff matters here too. We know creative work doesn't follow office hours, so we give everyone 24-hour access – your key works whenever inspiration strikes. High-speed internet runs throughout the building, there's secure parking for cars and bikes, and yes, we're pet-friendly because we know some of our tenants work better with their four-legged companions nearby. Our onsite café means you don't have to venture far for decent coffee, and the shower facilities come in handy after using our personal training and boxing gym. We're tucked between Golborne and Portobello Roads, giving you the best of both worlds – the energy of these famous markets on your doorstep, plus excellent transport connections to get you anywhere in London.
