Our converted industrial building at Cadena House has become home to graphic designers, music producers, web developers and small-scale makers who need more than just a desk. We've transformed this 7,000 sq ft space in Brislington into self-contained studios where creative businesses can actually spread out and work properly. Each studio comes with full-height roller storage doors - perfect when you're moving equipment or materials in and out. We keep the building accessible 24/7 because we know creative work doesn't stick to office hours. The super-fast WiFi handles everything from video calls to large file uploads, and the big windows throughout mean you're working in natural light rather than under fluorescent strips. We're positioned halfway between Bristol and Bath, just 1.5 miles from Temple Meads station. Our meeting rooms work well for client presentations or team sessions, and the breakout spaces give you somewhere to step away from your studio when you need a change of scene. We provide the tea and coffee, plus there are bike racks if you cycle in and parking spaces when available. The monthly contracts are flexible - we understand businesses need to scale up or down.
