Running a workspace on the 4th floor of Davis House gives us a unique perspective on Croydon's business community. We're right at 69-77 High Street, which means our members can grab lunch from any number of restaurants downstairs or pick up essentials from the shops that line the street. Our offices come fully furnished - we've set them up to accommodate everyone from solo entrepreneurs to established teams. Each space includes high-speed internet as standard, and we keep the building accessible 24 hours a day because we know business doesn't always happen between nine and five. The meeting rooms are equipped with AV technology for presentations, and we've created several breakout areas where people tend to have their best informal conversations. The practical stuff matters too. We have kitchen facilities on-site where members make their morning coffee and heat up lunch. There are showers for those who cycle in or squeeze in a lunchtime run. We even provide on-site parking, which anyone who knows Croydon will appreciate isn't always easy to find. Our reception team handles calls with your company name and provides administrative support when you need an extra pair of hands. They've become quite good at remembering how everyone takes their coffee and which courier services different businesses prefer. Transport links make a real difference here. East and West Croydon stations are both within walking distance - about 16 minutes gets you to Central London, and Gatwick Airport is just 15 minutes away. The tramlink stops practically outside our door. We regularly host corporate meetings, training sessions, workshops, and networking events in our spaces. Our agreements are flexible and short-term, which works well whether you're a start-up testing the waters or an established business needing temporary project space.
