Right here in Portslade, we've transformed what was once a church into CityCoast Centre - a multi-purpose venue that's become the go-to spot for everything from corporate conferences to live music performances. Just 10 minutes from Brighton town centre, our building houses an impressive collection of spaces that adapt to whatever our clients need. Our main Auditorium remains the heart of the venue, where we regularly host conferences for up to 400 people standing. The full A/V setup, flexible staging, and professional lighting system mean we can switch from a morning AGM to an evening music gig without missing a beat. The acoustics in here are particularly impressive - something our sound engineers always comment on. For smaller corporate gatherings, our Café space has become surprisingly popular. Natural light floods through the windows, and with the coffee bar right there, it creates a relaxed atmosphere for meetings of up to 80 people. We've noticed teams really appreciate having the kitchen facilities nearby for working lunches or networking events. The Open Area works brilliantly for exhibitions and training days, accommodating 250 standing guests with plenty of room for display stands or workshop stations. We also have our VIP Lounge, Theatre, Studio, and dedicated Meeting Room - each serves its own purpose whether you're filming corporate videos, hosting board meetings, or running breakout sessions. Our AV equipment meets industry standards across all spaces, and we provide free Wi-Fi for organisers. The building has full disabled access, and while parking in Brighton can be challenging, we reserve on-site spaces for event organisers. Our team handles everything from initial planning through to post-event wrap-up, and our kitchen can arrange bespoke catering to match your requirements. Public transport links are excellent - the train station is a short walk away.
