Our boardroom at Cleaver East Restaurant sits right above the energy of Temple Bar, where aged craft meats meet East Asian spices in ways that surprise even our regular diners. We've carved out spaces throughout our three floors that work just as well for quarterly presentations as they do for celebration dinners - each one designed with Dublin professionals in mind. The main boardroom holds up to 120 for seated meetings, complete with projectors and screens already set up. Natural light streams through the windows while sophisticated wood paneling creates focus without feeling closed in. We know how Dublin meetings run, so we keep fresh coffee flowing and can arrange working lunches featuring our signature dishes like General Tso's Cauliflower or Steamed Duck Gyoza. For larger corporate gatherings or standing receptions, we open up the full space to accommodate 250 guests across our restaurant floor, mezzanine, and balcony areas. The mezzanine works particularly well for semi-private events - you're part of the restaurant's atmosphere while maintaining your own dedicated space. Our team coordinates everything from AV equipment to customized menus featuring our bone-in grilled seafood and those craft meat cuts we're known for. Weekend availability includes our Bottomless Brunch Club, where Saturday and Sunday meetings can incorporate our legendary brunch menu with bottomless cocktails - perfect for more relaxed team gatherings or celebration events.
