Think industrial-chic meets community hub. We've got these long communal tables that work brilliantly for workshops, plus two cozy corners with sofas where people actually want to hang out during breaks. Our kitchen isn't just a token kitchenette either—it's properly equipped for when teams want to cook together or caterers need real prep space. What really makes this place tick is how it bends to whatever you throw at it. Last week we had a yoga retreat in the morning and a product launch by evening. The projectors, sound system, and tech support are all here when you need them, but they don't dominate the space. Oh, and yes, you can bring your dog—we're that kind of place.
