The Private Dining Room works differently – more intimate, perfect when your group wants to master rum cocktails or celebrate away from the main restaurant buzz. We built our reputation on proper Caribbean food. The Mixed Jerk Grill Platter feeds a crowd, while our Jerk Half Chicken has people booking tables weeks ahead. Our chefs don't mess about – this is the real thing, not some watered-down version. The Tropical Bottomless Brunch brings the weekend crowd, and our Caribbean Sunday Roast puts a reggae spin on British tradition. The main space holds larger parties comfortably, with that central bar as the natural gathering point.
