Our 7,200 square foot space spans the entire top floor of what used to be a cardboard box factory in Hackney—and yes, we still have the original industrial windows and flooring that tell that story. When you step out of the old freight elevator, you'll find yourself in one of two distinct areas that make up Dalston Heights, each with its own personality but both flooded with natural light from those factory windows. The vaulted ceilings are probably the first thing people notice—they give the whole space this incredible sense of openness that photographs never quite capture. We've collected an eclectic mix of furniture and props over the years, from vintage sofas to industrial lighting rigs, and everything can be moved around however you need it. There's also a dedicated make-up and styling room that production teams particularly love, complete with proper lighting and plenty of space for wardrobe racks. We host everything from film crews who need that raw, industrial backdrop to couples throwing wedding receptions who want something different from a traditional venue. Product launches work brilliantly here because brands can really transform the space—we've seen car reveals, fashion shows, and tech demos all use the flexibility in completely different ways. Birthday parties tend to get creative with the props, and promotional events often set up distinct zones across our two main areas. Getting here is straightforward—we're a short walk from Hackney Central station, and most people find us easily once they spot the old factory building. The freight elevator adds to the industrial feel, though we do have stairs as an alternative. Our flexible approach means whether you're planning a photoshoot, private party, or something we haven't thought of yet, we can work with you to arrange the space exactly how you envision it.
