Working from our Docklands offices means something different every day. Here at Davenport House, we've created a workspace that actually works—bright second and third-floor offices where natural light pours through floor-to-ceiling windows, and the furniture doesn't just look good, it feels good too. You'll find us tucked between Crossharbour and South Quay DLR stations, close enough to feel connected but far enough from the Canary Wharf crowds to actually concentrate. Our building earned its five stars the hard way. We've got the tech infrastructure sorted (yes, it actually works when you need it), parking that won't have you circling for hours, and showers because we know plenty of you cycle in. The meeting rooms? They're proper spaces for proper work, not glorified cupboards. And our coworking lounge has become this interesting mix—freelancers collaborating with startup founders, all fueled by what one regular called our "excellent refreshments." Corporate teams book us for meetings. Entrepreneurs set up shop in our shared spaces. Everyone seems to appreciate what another client described as our "central yet peaceful location." Great location to host company meetings or events. Very central, some 10 min walking from Canary Wharf but in a quiet neighbourhood, excellent facilities and very comfortable rooms. I'll definitely use it again in the future.

I was very surprised by the overall presentation and quality of the room, much better the pictures. Additionally, I was given ample tea, coffee, water and biscuits. This was great facility that I will be using again, such a great find, and well priced.
