We're based in a fascinating building that started life as a 1940s police headquarters—you can still see the original architectural details throughout, especially in our O1 Restaurant which we've created inside the old firearms shooting gallery. The RIBA gave us an award for how we've brought this piece of history into the modern day. When you arrive for your meeting or event, we'll greet you with our famous warm chocolate chip cookie—it's become quite the tradition here. We're in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, just moments from Deptford Bridge station, which puts you 20 minutes from Canary Wharf via the DLR. The National Maritime Museum and Royal Observatory are practically on our doorstep too. For meetings and celebrations, we have 1,269 square feet of event space that works brilliantly for groups up to 90 people. Our private boardroom creates the perfect atmosphere for focused discussions, while the O4 room gives you more space for networking events, office parties, or wedding receptions. We've hosted everything from corporate strategy sessions to intimate wedding celebrations here. Our events team handles all the details—from planning and decorating to catering. Recent feedback mentions how quickly we respond (often within five minutes) and how well we know every corner of the property. Beyond the event spaces, we offer 147 guest rooms with complimentary WiFi, 37-inch HDTVs, and laptop-sized safes. The guy who handled my booking was highly proactive, efficient and have a good knowledge of the property. He will respond to emails under 5 minutes. That was impressive. The venue was great value for money as well.

Excellent venue sourced last minute by Zipcube. Paul and team are a great asset to the company and now will be my only port of call for future boardrooms
