We run Elan & Co from a ground-floor office space in Bermondsey, just a few minutes' walk from London Bridge Station. Our unit at Cedar Court in Royal Oak Yard spans approximately 1,160 square feet, with an additional 200+ square foot mezzanine that we use for storage - perfect for keeping the main workspace clear and organized. The office comfortably fits 10-12 people at generously sized desks, all fully furnished and ready to use. Natural light floods in through the windows, creating a bright workspace throughout the day. We've equipped the space with everything a modern business needs: air conditioning for those warm summer months, CAT5 cabling, telephone lines, and broadband connections already installed and ready to go. Our kitchen is a proper working kitchen - not just a corner with a kettle. We've got a dishwasher, full-sized fridge, and plenty of counter space for lunch prep or coffee breaks. There's also a shower room on-site, which comes in handy for anyone cycling to work or squeezing in a lunchtime run. Security was important to us when setting up here. We've installed a door entry system with intercom, CCTV coverage, and roller shutters for peace of mind. The building feels secure without being fortress-like. We offer flexible lease arrangements starting from £3,030 plus VAT monthly, with estimated running costs around £1,300 plus VAT covering business rates, service charges, utilities, and cleaning. Our meeting room comes with conference technology installed - we find teams use it for training sessions, client presentations, and workshops. The Bermondsey location puts you right in the thick of things. Step outside and you'll find plenty of cafes for morning coffee, restaurants for client lunches, plus the area's galleries and markets just around the corner.
