Our home in The Colmore Building puts you right in the center of Birmingham, just a quick walk from New Street station, making it easy for your attendees to reach us from anywhere in the city. We offer a range of meeting rooms to match your needs. Our smaller spaces comfortably seat 6 to 20 people—perfect for board meetings, team workshops, or focused training sessions. When you need to bring larger groups together, our main event spaces open up to accommodate up to 100 guests for conferences, seminars, or networking events. Every room features contemporary furnishings and plenty of natural light streaming through the windows, which we've found really helps keep energy levels up during long meeting days. Each space comes equipped with everything you need for productive sessions. We have plasma screens for presentations, reliable Wi-Fi throughout the building, flip charts for brainstorming, and projector screens ready to go. If you need to connect with remote colleagues, we can arrange video conferencing facilities too. Our team handles all the technical setup, so you can focus on your agenda rather than troubleshooting equipment. We know that good food fuels good thinking, so we work with trusted caterers who can provide breakfast, lunch, or dinner options. Whether you need continental breakfast for an early morning strategy session or a working lunch during presentations, we'll share sample menus and help coordinate catering that fits your schedule and preferences.
