À propos de Everyman Islington
The moment you step through our doors at Everyman Screen on the Green, you're transported into an Edwardian cinema that's been hosting unforgettable moments since the Sex Pistols, The Clash, and Buzzcocks took our stage in the 1970s. Our neon-lit facade on 83 Upper Street has become an Islington landmark, drawing party planners and event organizers who want something beyond the typical venue. We've transformed our screening room into one of London's most distinctive party spaces. Picture your guests settling into plush single seats or sharing our double sofas—each with footrests and side tables perfectly positioned for drinks and canapés. Our integrated stage sits beneath the massive cinema screen, creating dramatic possibilities for live bands, DJs, or presentations. The dedicated bar at the back of the auditorium means your bartenders can serve throughout the event without disrupting the flow. Our cinema-quality acoustics make every speech crystal clear and every musical performance rich and full. We regularly host wedding receptions where couples screen their favorite films or photo montages, corporate parties with branded content on the big screen, and music performances that echo the venue's punk heritage. The gourmet kitchen that usually serves our cinema guests can create custom menus for your event, with staff delivering directly to seats or setting up buffet stations. Being minutes from Angel Tube station, your guests can easily reach us, with Upper Street's restaurants and bars providing plenty of pre or post-party options. We handle private screenings, product launches, birthday celebrations, and company presentations—any event where you want the theatrical impact of a cinema setting combined with the flexibility of a fully equipped party venue.
