We're just steps from Grafton Street in this beautifully restored heritage building, where three distinct floors each serve their own purpose. Our ground-floor Food Hall buzzes with daily shoppers discovering artisan products, while the first-floor Dining Room serves modern European dishes with that unmistakable French influence our regulars have come to expect. Down in the Wine Cellar, candlelight dances off bottles from our 300-strong collection of boutique wines from small producers worldwide. The Ballroom itself sits at the top, away from the daily hustle. We've kept the original architectural features while adding everything modern meetings demand - air conditioning that actually works, sound systems you won't need to shout over, and flexible layouts that adapt whether you're hosting twelve or one hundred twenty.
