Every morning when we open the doors at 34 Commercial Street, we're reminded why this 19th-century building means so much to our community. The original stone walls and restored timber beams tell the story of Dundee's industrial past, while our members write the next chapter of the city's business future. We've transformed this DD1 landmark into something quite special - a place where freelancers grab their morning coffee next to startup founders planning their next pitch. Our coworking areas buzz with conversation and keyboard clicks, while those needing deeper focus retreat to private offices overlooking the city centre. The studios have become home to creatives who appreciate the natural light flooding through the original windows. Our members make the most of having their own keys - some prefer the quiet of early mornings, others thrive in late-night brainstorming sessions. The high-speed fibre keeps everyone connected, whether they're video calling clients from the Business Lounge or uploading hefty design files from their dedicated desks. The Business Lounge has become the heart of Flour Mill. It's where spontaneous collaborations happen over lunch and where our monthly Member Mixers bring everyone together.
