Dark wood panels and soft lighting created an intimate Parisian brasserie feel at Haché Burgers Chelsea on Fulham Road. We transformed a corner spot between South Kensington and Fulham Broadway into something special - where premium burgers met French dining elegance. Our kitchen became famous for those award-winning burgers. Each patty started with premium steak, ground fresh daily. The Steak Canadién remained our signature - topped with melted cheddar and crispy smoked bacon that our regulars couldn't resist. But we served more than burgers. Morning meant fresh croissants and eggs Benedict for brunch, while evenings brought modern brasserie dishes that paired perfectly with our spritz cocktails. Happy Hour ran daily from 5-7 pm, when our bartenders served two-for-one cocktails to the after-work crowd. Dogs were always welcome - water bowls ready at the door, and our staff kept treats behind the bar. For private dining, we offered two distinct spaces. The main restaurant seated 72 guests comfortably for full venue hire, perfect for those big birthday celebrations or company dinners. Our semi-private area worked beautifully for smaller groups of 30 - ideal for business lunches or intimate gatherings where conversation flowed as freely as the wine. Book launches found a home here too. Authors loved our corner location's natural light for afternoon events, while corporate groups appreciated how easily we shifted from professional presentations to relaxed evening drinks. Whether planning a milestone birthday, organizing after-work drinks, or booking a business lunch, our team handled every detail. The combination of quality food, flexible spaces, and that unmistakable Parisian atmosphere made every event memorable. *Note: Haché Burgers Chelsea permanently closed in May 2025.*
