Right on the water between Hackney Wick and Stratford, we've transformed an old sweet factory into something pretty special. Picture this: 400 people dancing in our main hall, or maybe your team brainstorming in the courtyard while grabbing lunch from one of our street food vendors. The canal views from our gardens really do make a difference—especially when the sun's out. What I love about working here is the flexibility. Yesterday we had a tech conference in the morning and a wedding reception by evening. Our tent works brilliantly for summer parties, and yes, you can bring your dog (we get a lot of corgis, for some reason). The event team handles everything from security to cloakroom, so you can actually enjoy your own event. We're set up with proper AV kit, projectors, and DJ equipment, but honestly, most people remember the atmosphere more than the tech specs. Bring your own caterers if you want—we're not precious about it. The warehouse bones of the building give everything a bit of edge without trying too hard. If you're after somewhere that feels like actual East London rather than corporate London pretending to be cool, come have a look around. We're usually here munching street food at lunchtime if you want an informal tour.
