Business meetings at Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Brindleyplace happen right in the heart of the action, with Birmingham New Street station just a short walk away. We're part of the bustling Brindleyplace development, where canals meet commerce and our 238 guest rooms overlook this dynamic business district. Our six meeting rooms flex to fit whatever you're planning - from eight-person board meetings in our smallest space to presentations for 120 delegates in our largest. Each room comes with the tech you need already set up: screens, projectors, and complimentary WiFi that actually works when everyone's logged on at once. The floor-to-ceiling windows in our meeting spaces bring in plenty of daylight, though we've got blackout options when you need to focus on presentations. We know meeting days can be long, so we've built in some relief. The Recess Restaurant serves breakfast from early morning, and our terrace gives your team somewhere to step out during breaks. Coffee stations keep everyone alert, and our events team handles the details - from arranging the room layout to making sure dietary requirements are sorted for lunch. Between sessions, attendees often mention they appreciate having the fitness center available to clear their heads, or just being able to walk along the canal for fresh air. The whole Brindleyplace area works well for corporate groups - there are plenty of restaurants for team dinners, and venues like Symphony Hall and the Utilita Arena are right here if you're combining meetings with client entertainment.
