Our period building on Ranelagh Gardens has been home to businesses of every shape and size since we first opened Hurlingham Studios. From the smallest 100 sq ft units perfect for solo entrepreneurs to our larger 2,000 sq ft spaces housing growing teams, we've watched countless businesses flourish within these walls. The three-minute walk from Putney Bridge station means our tenants can hop off the District line and be at their desks before their coffee gets cold. We're right on several bus routes too, which our community particularly appreciates during the tube strikes that occasionally hit London. We run a central reception where our team handles your mail and greets your clients, while our meeting rooms give you professional spaces for everything from quick catch-ups to formal presentations. The kitchen facilities on each floor see plenty of action throughout the day - there's always someone brewing tea or heating up lunch. We've had businesses start in our smallest offices and gradually expand into larger spaces as they've grown.
