Seven meeting rooms spread across our Ibis Birmingham New Street Station give you plenty of choice for your next business gathering. We're right in the Arcadian Centre, which means you and your delegates can walk here from New Street Station in just a few minutes - perfect when you're bringing people together from different parts of the country. Our meeting spaces work for groups from 2 to 120 people. The smaller rooms like Ladywell are where we often host interviews and creative brainstorming sessions, while our larger spaces - Caledonian, James Watt and George Stephenson - regularly accommodate training sessions and presentations. We can arrange these rooms with U-shaped tables for collaborative workshops, boardroom style for formal meetings, or classroom layout when you need everyone focused on a speaker or screen. Every room comes equipped with screens and flipcharts, plus high-speed internet that actually works when you need it. Our team sets up the space exactly how you want it before you arrive, so you can focus on your meeting rather than moving furniture around. The 159 rooms upstairs mean delegates traveling from further afield can stay overnight without the hassle of finding another hotel. They'll have free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, proper work desks and tea and coffee facilities in their rooms. Fogg's restaurant downstairs serves international dishes, and our bar stays open 24 hours - handy for those informal discussions that often happen after the official agenda ends. We've got on-site parking available for an additional charge, and our reception team is here round the clock to help with anything you need. The Bullring Shopping Centre and Hippodrome Theatre are both within walking distance when your delegates want to explore Birmingham after hours.
