Our Big Ideas Space has whiteboard walls that run floor to ceiling - we've seen teams fill every inch during brainstorming sessions, and the bursts of color throughout the room really do spark creativity. As INNSiDE Manchester's meeting coordinator, I love showing groups this space because their faces light up when they realize they can write anywhere. We're right in First Street district, just three minutes' walk from Deansgate station, which makes getting here straightforward whether you're coming from across Manchester or further afield. The hotel has 208 guest rooms if your delegates need to stay overnight, each with those floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light - same as in our meeting rooms actually. Beyond the Big Ideas Space, we have four other meeting venues that work brilliantly for different group sizes and setups. Our largest can accommodate 250 delegates theatre-style, while the smaller rooms create perfect environments for board meetings or training sessions. We set each room with screens, flipcharts, stationery, water and sweets as standard - everything's ready when you arrive. What works particularly well here is the flow between meetings and breaks. Your team can step out onto the outdoor terrace at Gino D'Acampo's restaurant downstairs, grab proper Italian coffee, then head back refreshed. The open-plan dining area means lunch service is quick and efficient. We also have the Wellness Suite with its Finnish sauna and steam room if anyone wants to unwind after a long day of meetings, plus our 24-hour gym. Our meeting packages include afternoon coffee breaks and either three-course meals or finger buffets for lunch. The kitchen team understands the rhythm of business meetings - food arrives precisely when scheduled, letting you maintain momentum throughout your day.
