The Empire State Building fills our conference room windows at Jay Suites 34th Street, where we've created something special on the 7th and 8th floors of our Midtown Manhattan building. Our 2,500-square-foot rooftop terrace has become the talk of the neighborhood—guests love how the space flows between open-air sections and our covered pergola area, all surrounded by living green walls that soften the city skyline. We've hosted everything from 150-person networking receptions to intimate 100-guest seated dinners up here. Two 4K outdoor TVs make product launches and presentations pop against the Manhattan backdrop, while our sound system handles everything from background music to full DJ setups. The high-speed WiFi reaches every corner of the terrace, so tech demos and hybrid meetings run smoothly. Beyond the terrace, we operate 175 furnished office suites across both floors, from single-person spaces to team rooms for 10 or more. Our six meeting rooms come equipped with the latest tech, and the designer reception area makes a strong first impression. The break room and collaborative hotspots give teams places to connect between sessions. Corporate training sessions work beautifully in our covered areas, while fashion shows and art exhibitions take advantage of the dramatic outdoor lighting we've installed. Whether clients bring their own caterers or use our bar service partners, the dual entrances on 34th and 35th streets make load-in simple.
