We're The Address Citywest, the former Kingswood Hotel that's undergone a complete transformation while keeping its soul intact. Right off Exit 2 on the N7, about 9 km from Dublin city centre, we've created something different here – a 4-star hotel where Irish craftsmanship meets contemporary design in ways that actually make sense. Our meeting spaces are housed in The Lodge, the original Georgian house on the property where tenor Josef Locke once lived. We've kept the character of these rooms while making them work for today's business needs. The largest space accommodates 120 people, but we find many of our corporate guests prefer the smaller rooms for board meetings and strategy sessions. The Georgian architecture creates an atmosphere that's both professional and welcoming – high ceilings, original features, plenty of natural light. What sets us apart for business meetings is the combination of historic setting and modern functionality. Each meeting room comes with complimentary Wi-Fi that actually works reliably, and we've invested in proper AV equipment. The secure underground parking means your team doesn't waste time circling for spaces. Between sessions, groups often use our resident-only fitness suite or unwind in the Scandinavian saunas – we've found it helps with those long planning days. NORTH, our bar and restaurant, handles all the catering for meetings and conferences. They focus on seasonal, local ingredients, which means the working lunch isn't just another sandwich platter. The team there understands corporate timing – they'll work around your agenda, not the other way around. Whether you're planning a training day, quarterly review, or multi-day conference, we handle groups from small executive meetings to larger corporate gatherings.
