Sunlight pours through the grand windows of Le Solaris, illuminating the original Art Déco details we've carefully preserved from this 1920s auditorium. Here on the second floor of our historic building at 25 Rue Boyer, we've created a versatile 300m² meeting space that combines the elegance of Paris's architectural heritage with everything modern business events require. Our main room centers around the original stage, now serving as a natural focal point for presentations and speakers. The soaring windows that line the walls create an atmosphere that energizes morning seminars and bathes afternoon workshops in warm light. We can arrange seating for up to 200 participants, though many clients prefer our flexible configurations that mix seated areas with standing space for networking. The mezzanine level adds an extra dimension to meetings, perfect for breakout sessions or as a quiet zone during coffee breaks. Our entrance area doubles as a welcoming space with its built-in bar, ideal for registration or refreshment service. The fully equipped professional kitchen allows catering partners to prepare everything from working lunches to elaborate cocktail receptions on-site. Supporting spaces include a comfortable loge with shower facilities and our terrace where attendees can step out for fresh air between sessions. We've ensured full accessibility with PMR access and adapted facilities throughout. Our dedicated project manager works alongside you from initial planning through event day, while our technical team handles all audio-visual requirements with professional sound and lighting systems already in place. We maintain partnerships with selected caterers who understand the demands of corporate events. Getting here couldn't be simpler – Gambetta, Ménilmontant, and Jourdain metro stations are all within walking distance. We reserve two parking spaces for organizers and suppliers who need vehicle access.
