Three floors of flexible meeting spaces await you at London Conference Centre, where we've designed every detail to support productive gatherings in the heart of London's financial district. Our 43,796 square feet at One Bartholomew Close in Barts Square gives you over 30 different function rooms to choose from, whether you're planning an intimate board meeting for four or a major conference for 350 delegates. Our Grand Hall anchors the venue, welcoming up to 240 guests in theatre configuration or 150 in cabaret style – we find the cabaret setup works particularly well for interactive workshops where delegates need table space for materials. Natural light floods both our MBA classroom (seating 104) and Executive classroom (52 seats), creating an energizing atmosphere that keeps participants engaged throughout day-long sessions. We've equipped every single room with hybrid technology, from our four conference rooms that accommodate 4-22 people in boardroom layout to our 15 study rooms perfect for breakout discussions. Our seven office spaces offer quiet zones for focused work between sessions, while four lounges provide comfortable spots for networking over coffee or lunch. The walls throughout display over 50 carefully selected artworks – we've noticed they often become conversation starters during breaks. Getting here couldn't be easier with four stations within a 5-10 minute walk: St Paul's connects you to Central, District and Circle lines in just five minutes, while Barbican (six minutes), Farringdon (seven minutes) and City Thameslink (eight minutes) open up the entire London transport network including the Elizabeth line. We regularly host conferences, corporate training sessions, board meetings, seminars and celebration events. Our team works closely with you to configure spaces exactly as you need them, ensuring your event runs smoothly from arrival to departure.
