We've been hosting business meetings here for years, and our guests always comment on how the peaceful setting helps them think more clearly. Our Belvedere Suite has become the heart of our meeting facilities. With space for up to 200 delegates in banquet style or 250 for standing receptions, we can accommodate everything from intimate board meetings to full-scale conferences. The room benefits from those same countryside views, with natural light flooding in through large windows. We've found this really helps maintain energy levels during long planning sessions. Between meetings, your team can take a breather in our lounge bar or enjoy lunch in the Courtyard Restaurant, where our chef sources ingredients from local Devon suppliers. Many groups use our gardens for informal break-out sessions—there's something about discussing ideas outdoors that gets creativity flowing. Our 23 guest rooms are each decorated differently, so overnight delegates never feel like they're in a corporate chain hotel. We're about six miles from Exeter Central station and the cathedral, tucked away enough to avoid city distractions but close enough for easy access. The free Wi-Fi reaches throughout the building, and we've plenty of parking space for all your delegates. Just so you know, all our rooms are accessed by stairs as we don't have a lift, but most groups find the characterful nature of the building more than compensates. Your four-legged colleagues are welcome too—we've designated pet-friendly areas throughout the hotel.
