Our 1,500 square feet of interior space works beautifully for parties because of how the light moves through it. Those 10-foot ceilings and large windows facing south and west mean your guests experience the city's golden hour in full effect. We've hosted everything from intimate cocktail gatherings to lively birthday celebrations, and the natural light always becomes part of the atmosphere. The studio's quirky architectural features add character to any party. That water tank room becomes a conversation starter, while the elevator motor chamber creates an unexpected VIP area. Our back staircase offers dramatic entrances, and the balcony with its ornate wrought iron railing gives guests a perfect spot for photos or fresh air between dancing. We keep things practical too—our spacious bathroom includes a shower for any touch-ups, plus a makeup table that party planners love for last-minute preparations. The free Wi-Fi handles all your playlist streaming needs, and our air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable even during summer rooftop celebrations. The client computer station works great as a DJ setup or photo booth area.
