The third floor is particularly impressive - a completely self-contained unit spanning over 11,200 sq. ft. that includes dedicated lab space, write-up areas, offices, communications facilities, and breakout spaces where your team can collaborate. We understand that scientific work requires specialized infrastructure, which is why we maintain a shared facilities room equipped with an autoclave, glass washer, and ice machine. For presentations and larger gatherings, you'll have access to the Clarke Kennedy Lecture Theatre, which seats 120 people comfortably.
