We've hosted everything from intimate birthday celebrations to full-scale corporate presentations in our 1,200-square-foot space on E 3rd Street. Our first-floor location makes load-in simple—no elevators or stairs to navigate with your party supplies or presentation materials. We can accommodate up to 74 guests comfortably, and we've got the basics covered with 45 chairs and 12 tables that you can arrange however works best for your event. The brick walls give the space character while the large windows keep things bright and open during daytime gatherings. We know every party has different needs, so we keep things flexible. Bring in your own caterers or set up a DIY bar—you can serve alcohol to your guests, just can't sell it. Our kitchen area includes a refrigerator and freezer for keeping drinks cold and storing any food you bring. For presentations or movie nights, we have a projector available, and our high-speed WiFi handles whatever streaming or work needs come up. The space works equally well for dance parties, fundraising events, corporate mixers, or even regular weekly classes if you're looking for an ongoing rental. We're right by the 6, B, D, F, and M subway lines, so your guests can easily get here from anywhere in the city. We're available seven days a week, including late nights and early mornings—whenever your event needs to happen. The versatility of the space means you can transform it from a professional seminar setup in the afternoon to a lively birthday party by evening.
