For growing FinTech companies, we offer private offices ranging from 6 to 18 desks, each providing a dedicated workspace while maintaining full access to our extensive shared facilities. Our meeting rooms accommodate groups of 4 to 14 people in boardroom configurations, perfect for client presentations, team strategy sessions, or investor meetings. These spaces aren't just available to our residents – external companies can book them too when they need a professional setting in the heart of London's tech district. Our ground-floor auditorium transforms from workshop space to presentation venue, while our innovation laboratories provide hands-on environments for product development and testing. The café and fully equipped kitchen serve as natural gathering spots where spontaneous collaborations often begin over morning coffee. We've installed bike racks, lockers, and showers for those who cycle to work, and ensured full disabled access throughout the building. Each month, we host over 200 hours of programming – from technical workshops and hackathons to networking events and panel discussions. Our event spaces can accommodate up to 200 people, making them ideal for industry conferences, product launches, or large-scale networking gatherings focused on financial innovation.
